Description

ICON undertook the refurbishment of the existing landscape surrounding the three main buildings in DMC (Dubai Media City), featuring a large, landscaped lake. An outer ring of car parking areas is situated between the plot’s boundary and the nine buildings. Our primary objective was to enhance the outdoor space and facilities of DMC business park in a sustainable and viable manner, prioritizing the needs and well-being of employees, visitors, and other users.

Through our revitalization efforts, we transformed the existing landscape areas, incorporating thoughtful design elements such as seating areas, pedestrian pathways, and aesthetic enhancements. The result is an inviting and inspiring environment that fosters a sense of community and provides opportunities for relaxation, play, collaboration, and enhanced experiences for all. Our implemented design has significantly improved the overall experience of DMC , creating a people-friendly, functional, and vibrant business park that positively impacts the daily lives of employees, visitors, and other users.
