Description

The Grove development is located within the Cultural District of Saadiyat Island, situated between three iconic museums: the Louvre, Guggenheim, and Sheikh Zayed National Museum.

Plot 4, which is one of the plots within the Grove development and considered exclusive, faces the Sheikh Zayed Museum. The drop-off area and extended plaza serve as a connection to the promenade. The landscape scope of work is divided into two main categories: public and private areas, based on accessibility. Public areas include the lower and upper ground floors, which are open to visitors, while private areas such as the sensory garden, SPA terraces, farm garden, and penthouses are accessible exclusively to residents.

The landscape design follows a minimalistic approach, reflecting the same geometry as adjacent Plot 03, with a focus on wellness and tranquility. The extended plaza or connector space enhances circulation and creates unique place-making experiences within the project.

The design proposals were crafted in close collaboration with engineering and architectural disciplines, integrating requirements for water features, artwork, signage, lighting, security, roadways/traffic, and Estidama/sustainability principles.
