VIA Riyadh is a high-end mixed-use commercial development designed to become a prominent destination for retail, hospitality, leisure, and dining. The project features six levels with a variety of facilities, including 17 boutiques, a luxurious 7-star hotel, fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, a rooftop cigar lounge, lounges, a night club, cinemas, a spa, beauty salons, and ample parking spaces.

The project offers multiple access points, including guest access from Makkah Al Mukarramah Road and direct access from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, while the landscape seamlessly integrates with the buildings, providing visually engaging outdoor spaces for various activities and ensuring a well-designed pedestrian circulation separate from the surrounding streets. Via Riyadh incorporates landscaping across multiple levels and boasts the presence of 11 captivating water features.
